Returns & Exchanges

At Purdue Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
